technology good, me bad

I'm pretty sure I'm the biggest idiot it the world. I was cleaning up some things on my computer and somehow deleted all my photos from my library. Luckily most of the pictures were backed up on either Cd's or my hubby's computer. Unfortunately I lost most of my March and April pict's. I'm totally bummed. But what do I do? They are just things, right?
