my graduate

(This little ditty goes out to my hunna-hunna.) Kam finally GRADUATED TODAY! It has been the longest how many years? of my life. Allow me to explain. Kam began his whole educational career in the pre-med program at USU and at that time was deciding between becoming a Vet or a Surgeon. After a few years, Kam came to a brick wall with his set course of action and felt that some changes needed to be made. He was working at Logan Regional Hospital in the OR and found a new appreciation for both the nursing staff and some of the anesthesiologists. After much prayer and thought, Kam decided to change his course and pursue Nursing Anesthesia. He enrolled in the prerequisite courses needed and sent out applications to different Nursing Programs. Since then he has been focused and dedicated to doing his very best, getting top grades in all his classes. Now all his hard work is paying off because he is finally done, receiving his Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I am so proud. I only wish he would have attended the ceremony and walked. Kam said that with all the time he'd spent there, he'd spent enough. Oh, well. At least he said he'll walk when he gets his Masters/Doctorate degree. Way to go baby...I love you!
