I didn't get in the pool. Instead I hung out pool side with my little beauty.
After a fun day of swimming we searched for a place to eat dinner and ended up walking down Freemont Street to get a sandwich. While walking back to the hotel Braden saw one of his favorite movie characters (Not really sure how it can be his favorite when he hasn't seen the movie.)
Since spring break was over the Easter holiday we planned lots of fun Easter activities. Unfortunately, most everywhere we went was really crowded so we decided to make our own fun by visiting the Easter Bunny at the mall, decorating Easter eggs and Easter cookies, and having a water balloon fight.

While outside, after the water balloon fight was over, the kids got out the bikes and Braden showed of his new "two-wheeler" skills. My Niece, K wanted to try out Brady's bike and thinking she could ride without training wheels went to take off and instead fell right over. She was really brave and got right up and asked if someone could help her ride. Ashley offered Kam $5 to teach K and after a couple goes she was riding like a pro too!

Easter Sunday was also really fun. The kids were super excited to see what the Easter Bunny would bring in their baskets. This year Kam was in charge of communicating with the Easter Bunny and I think he went a little overboard but seeing the joy on the boy's faces was definitely worth the extra spoiling!
We all had a really great time together. I am so very grateful my family was willing to share this time with us and I am even more grateful for all their help while they were here. Families are so important and it's a good feeling to know that they always have your back and will do anything to get you through - even if it is just a crazy week together!
